This year I am tipping my beat up Sox cap to Star Wars in excited anticipation of the newest adventure from a galaxy far far away. First Imperials- now Rebels. This latest wave is a shameless tribute to the Kenner figures of old. We all had em. We all loved em.

Merrry Xmas Again!

I've been out of commission for a bit and Callgrim has been out of circulation. For a short time, Callgrim is back. This launch was designed to give the new comers access to a few of the originals, and the old guard some spiced up versions of the classics. I want there to be a little bit of something for everyone.

The figures in this assortment will come factory sealed and will not include header or insert cards. Future deluxe projects will feature custom artwork and story content.

Welcome aboard to the new folks and thanks for sticking around to the old folks. You know who you are.

DX Callgrim Fragarian

One of the funnest parts of this whole process is deciding what to do next. Much thought went into this latest addition to the Callgrim roster. This one was a no brainer. Nothing says "badass" like the stink of strawberries.

I dedicate this figure to my little sister. She was as important and influential a part of my growing up as Star Wars was. She still is.

The "Strawberry" Callgrim Fragarian figure smells like strawberries and has a bunch of paint apps. He is the first DX (Deluxe) figure to date. He has more paint applications than the Standard Callgrim figure and less than the DRT (Deluxe Real Type) figures. He is shot in 4 different color plastics. Price tag: $20. Drop tomorrow night at 9, MY time- you can figure out when that is.

Vhorren Guard

From the records of the Second Order:

"Rebellion was in the air on the lost world of Vhorren-Vy. In one bold strategic move, the heavily outnumbered Vhorren Guard vanquished the oppressive armies of the Gennan Kings in the Vhorren-Vy Uprising. With the Dual Kings overthrown, civil unrest was quelled and order restored."

The Vhorren Guard now serve under Zayre in the Third Order.

The Order rose from the ashes under the leadership of Callgrim, who resurrected their ancient tenets after a chance discovery he made on Planet Blattaria. To secure the reborn Order's interests throughout Glyos, Callgrim dispatched the ruthless Vhorren Guard from New Stronghold Blattaria. Under the command of Callgrim's best and most loyal missionaries, Zayre and Riac, the Vhorren Guard continued what was begun on the ancient world of Vhorren-Vy. Peace through Order... by any means necessary.

The Beginning of the End

The first Callgrim launch of the year will drop Wednesday, January 26th at 8pm EST. There will be 6 standard figures, 3 special builds and 2 Armodoc available. We will be posting new story content and photos along the way leading up to the launch.

2011 is looking good for Callgrim- Matt, Marcus and I have a ton of new ideas and cool things in the works. After the first launch we will be working on an online comic (working title "The Beginning of the End"), CCC1 and new animation.

My New Year's Resolution is to post more often- so keep checking in! I cannot say this enough- I am forever grateful to all who continue to support this crazy project. Thanks!
